what model is it? they only require you get the emta phone or panoramic modem from them.
They havent said yet. I have Gigablast so I would assume something compatible with that, I would not want there router.
did you order panoramic or phone? many retail modems also support gigablast
I have a Motorola MB8600 modem, the service rep said theirs is better because it was designed for gigablast internet. I just wanted more information on their modem for when the service tech comes out. My main concern is, can error logs be accessed and can I see the connection status.
