- KevinM2Former ModeratorHi Diane, so I understand the issue correctly, is this happening with Cox WebMail or are you using a Client server such as Outlook, Apple, Thunderbird, etc.? In the Cox WebMail settings, the display of the Inbox can be changed to reflect showing requests for read receipts. Here is some additional information:
