INTERNET GLINCHING
So just thought I’d stop in this forum & vent for a quick moment .
Internet connection has been randomly disconnecting this past week. Has occurred 3 times. No explanation, excellent WiFi signal, most updated equipment, no weather issues, etc. Just randomly going out. Cox has no explanation (of course). Only thing I can think of is they’re tryna push the ten bucks per month maintenance feature?? The rep was like, oh we will have to have a technician routed out.. blah blah… but then after a few minutes, internet pops back on??!
I truly wish there could be some cable/internet competition. No one or nothing to hold Cox accountable. Just hafta swallow it. Terrible
