Hi Meeeee. This is definitely not the customer service experience I want for anyone, as I understand how upsetting it is to be treated in the manner you described. I sincerely apologize to you and your mom! We can certainly look into this to see what can be done. Please have your mom email cox.help@cox.com with her name and complete address and a short description stating that she returned equipment and we will be glad to investigate this.
