I am sorry to hear your services are not working. What troubleshooting steps have you attempted thus far? Have you checked the connections? Is there a splitter, amp or surge protector attached to the coax line?

was this in Roanoke after the thunderstorm Roanoke Customer?? here and haven’t had service since the thunderstorm and lightning struck pretty close by the Grandin area

I did all the troubleshooting steps within a scope of my ability as a customer and I am pretty tech savvy. Mine isn’t flashing red but did flash red. It’s white now, but I still don’t have service and that happened since the lightning strike.
