I've just received an email message from one of your "Social Media Support Specialists" named Tiffany R. She tells me "We have received an update back that they believe this maybe an individual issue. Can you ensure that your SAP (Secondary Audio) is turned off? This can be done by a button on some remotes or through the cable box settings."............... REALLY?! CABLE BOX SETTINGS! My cable TV is working perfectly. The problem is with the CONTOUR APP. Is this so hard to understand??? SAP settings were the first thing we looked at!!!!
