Unable to login to apps

Contacted cox but nothing has been done. Get error “experiencing technical difficulties. Try again later” endlessly. This only happens with both cox app and cox wifi app (cox wifi app stopped working after tech support resetted my account so now it also no longer lets me log in). Original cox app has been going on for 1-2 years no. Cox wifi app within the past month thanks to support.
