MLB Channel Spanish broadcast feed - why?

I have the MLB channel here in Virginia Beach. In fact I receive it on 2 channels, 1214 and 1162 both in HD. Every so often a live broadcast of a game has the Spanish broadcast feed, ON BOTH CHANNELS! Not being fluent in Spanish I get frustrated trying to watch a game. The commercials and network promotions are all in English but not the game itself. Anyone else experience this?
