I can't get into my webmail. When I click on the email icon I get tohttps://myemail.cox.net/appsuite/, which then cycles between that andaffwebservices/public/saml2sso?SAMLRequest=... Also, I get a red error box when I try to go to my profile.1.3KViews0likes2CommentsCannot send emails
3 days going now. 100% cox (internet, webmail, ect). Cannot change password either, Cox has an error about password change not working, indicatingto contact "Cox admin". Cox help-desk says their system is "mismatched" but no resolution. Appalling incompetence.942Views0likes1CommentWhy aren't replies to my posts in these forums ever to be found in Cox mail?
First, a confession that I don't use Cox email. At all. Ever. For me it's just like the phone service I pay for with still no telephonic device in my residence---but without this extra "benefit" feature my Cox bill would be substantially higher than it is. That said, as a regular visitor to the forums here I find it odd, that even though I've set up my Cox email account to receive notifications of replies to posts made here on the forums, despite having checked the box below all forum posts designating "Email me replies to this post", they are nowhere to be found in my Cox mail. I will also admit that it isn't too great an effort to check in on these forums to discover that there are, in fact, replies to questions/issues/posts made here. It might also be that I am misinformed or naïve in the belief in my expectation that replies would automatically be forwarded to my Cox email account. Cox App Suite UI version: 7.8.2 Rev28 Server version: 7.8.2-Rev35 2016-2020 OX Software GmbH A couple of other questions which may or may not have any relevance to this topic but of which I am, as a Cox paid subscriber, curious about: while in: myemail.cox.net/appsuite/Inbox/Common setting there is a box, checked, with "Ask for mailto link registration" What specifically does that setting do? Also, while in the "Edit mail account" account setting, UNchecked is a box labeled "Use unified mail for this account". What does this setting do?5.6KViews1like5CommentsYour Mailbox Is Approaching Its Quota!!
I'm getting this message regularly. For some reason my folders in Outlook are synced to folders in Cox Mail. Whenever I intentionally save an email in an Outlook folder it saves it in Cox Mail. I do not want to delete these emails. They are important to me. I'm afraid if I delete emails from my Cox Mail folders they will also be deleted from my Outlook folders. How do I un-sync my Outlook from Cox Mail so I don't exceed my Cox Mail quota?2.1KViews0likes0CommentsEmail access from overseas
In 2016 when I was on vacation in Europe, the only way to send and receive email was using a POP configuration (Thunderbird). In 2017, this got WORSE. While I could receive email using a POP configuration, no messages could be successfully sent. So I wonder if this very serious problem has been resolved. Thanks1.1KViews0likes1CommentEmail - Saving Messages sent/folders
Since the new cox email "system" started I've been unable to save my messages to Outlook 2010 Sent Mail folder -- it worked fine previously. Mail does get sent and I did see it in a Sent Mail file, but it immediately just disappeared out of the file. I'm finding them on the cox website as I had it set a few weeks back to save all my sent mail to that folder but in Outlook--No. Also, I had Sent Items, Sent Mail, Sent items, SentMail, Sent Objects....folders. I unsubscribed some and was able to delete in Outlook. I still can't delete on the website and can't seem to unsubscribe any of the folders. Don't know where all of these come from. In Outlook, I cannot change the file to which sent mail is sent. It defaults to Sent Mail. Then there's the Spam folder - which seems to be different than my Outlook spam folder - I had messages from family on the Cox webmail spam folder -- not in any other spam folder. I found it much easier to control my mail under the old system -- guess because I am old. I shouldn't have to read a manual to do simple tasks.4.9KViews0likes6CommentsIs there anyway to move or untie a primary email address from a closed account to another account?
My sister closed my cox account she was using without giving me a heads up so i can take action to change emails on other websites to an active email. So now i have a problem with not being able to access those accounts because i forgot pw and can't reset them since that email is not active or so. So my question is, is there a way to transfer an primary email address to another account as a secondary email? i can still log into the email address but of course can't view the anything because it states that if i had service i would be able to utilize the email. All i need is access to that particular email so i can get my pw reset. even if its temporary. so if the cox account is no longer active why is the email still tied to it?1KViews0likes1CommentMS Email and Windows 10

It is only to combination of windows 10 and cox services that i get this bug. No error message. Just malfunction. I have deleted and reinstalled the Mail program and the problem persists.
