Cannot send emails

3 days going now.  100% cox (internet, webmail, ect).  Cannot change password either, Cox has an error about password change not working, indicatingto contact "Cox admin".  Cox help-desk says their system is "mismatched" but no resolution.  Appalling incompetence.

    It sounds like you've spoken with some representatives for assistance. Are you able to sign into cox.com with your Cox username and password? What error message do you get when you attempt to reset the cox.net password on our cox.com website?
