I have also contacted COX support techs. Since contacting them I haven't been receiving robo calls.Just checked my settings and NomoRobo is ON.. Maybe the problem has been corrected. What has happened to NOMOROBO? I have used Nomorobo for years without a hitch. Now just this week it does not work. When I go to phone settings and click on Nomorobo ON it just reverts back to OFF. I'm being driven mad by calls beginning around 6:00 AM every morning. Thanks Alan I have tried to do so by using the *60 #01# on my telephone dial pad but since the call ID is unknown that does not work. I am getting an increasing number of these malicious calls that seem to high-jack my Cox Telephone service.
