I have an HBO subscription, can sign onto HBO Max through my phone and computer. I'm also apparently able to sign into HBO Max through Contour, able to browse normally but when I try to play ANY title, it gives me a "title not available" error and eventually crashes me out of the program.
This is unacceptable, as I'm paying to be able to access HBO Max. What needs to be done to remedy this?
i access hbo max as well, + all others offered with tie-in to cox.....programs aren't necessarily available forever!!
So...in your odd way...you've duplicated the OP's problem. If you subscribe, shouldn't you access?
the subscription allows access to the 3rd party network, not a guarantee that a watched, not finished program, can be watched.
Aren't all channels a "3rd party network?" If Cox can't guarantee access to 3rd-party HBO, why do we need Cox? Why not just subscribe directly to HBO? Moreover, HBO offers cheaper monthly rates while Cox charges the max. I ain't no rocket surgeon, but...
i guess you could say that but after checking, neither hbo max nor peacock show up in the tv guide....so i guess they're special 3rd party channels!!
Did you see the title and content of this post? We're not talking about cable-TV channels. We're talking about HBO. If in-between Cox can't guarantee access to full content of HBO...or Peacock...remove Cox from the equation.
