Im a 4 year Cox Internet Customer and recently added Cox Mobile + a new device. I Pre-ordered my Apple iPhone 15 Pro 256GB Black Titanium from Cox.As part of this promotional offer on Sep'2023 I was entitled to a Pre-order gift card worth $500.00. After completing all necessary paperwork via DocuSign ,making the full payment, completing the 90 days pf service, I eagerly awaited communication regarding my COX Reward . Unfortunately, I have not received any updates regarding my MasterCard gift card till date. I even submitted rebate using the offerid within the time frame and The tracking number still shows as “Pending,” and there has been no further progress. Despite reaching out to Cox Representatives via phone and chat multiple times, I have not received clarification on why the gift card has not been issued. I wanted to unlock my device and for that i contacted support team via Chat. I had to wait 10-15 min for each response from Support while chatting. Very Poor Service and response. Lost my Cox purchased mobile flip phone. Went to the retail store with substitute iPhone that was approved. Retail store gave me a new SIM card and told me to wait a few hours. It has been 13 days and no activation on my substitute iphone and Cox flip phone still listed in my account. I have spoken to at least 10 techs on this. Responses varied from "wait a few hours" to "it takes 5 working days" to "I can only escalate this to our highest tech support in Atlanta". I even received another SIM card from Allison who thought that might work. I just can't understand why the lost flip phone cannot be removed from the system by the local retail store. From what I can gather, the deletion of a mobile phone in the system to be replaced by another phone also in the system is not in the script the techs follow so they just come up with their own response to make the customer go away. Now I am waiting for the tech support gurus in Atlanta but have no idea when they might get back to me or even confirmation that they received my ticket. Hi Team , I am trying to unlock my phone after 4 months, I purchased a mobile (Iphone 15 pro) from Cox. There is no due pending from my end. So I followed the instruction here https://www.cox.com/residential/support/unlocking-your-device-on-coxcom.html, it was successful , then i ported out my number to another service provider , when the new provider tried to add esim on my phone - Iphone 15 pro , it says phone is still locked by carrier. then contacted cox phone support and chat support, they said that phone cannot be accessed online, because service was already disconnected and today morning to access the mobile online, I got a new line (temporarily), which was recommended by tech support but post activating the new line,when I tried unlocking it online, now it says your mobile was not brought from cox!for each and every call request handled by call support, they transfer to another department, different people multiple times and because of lack of knowledge or lack of any desire to provide good service, no one was able to support and the issue is not resolved yet, Till now my phone is locked and every time I call cox phone support , each and every person shares new information. The phone support or the chat support aren't able to do anything and I believe the system has issues and it should be resolved through their backend tech support of the system to restore the device but no one actually is helping here, this is so shocking and pathetic.76Views0likes3CommentsEmail not working.
A few months ago, Cox email app stopped sending and receiving email to my iPhone 8. I called COX and Apple and both blamed the other. I upgraded my phone to IPhone ES thinking it was the old phone’s problem. Not so. Still not able to receive or send email on my email app. Any suggestions?35Views0likes1Comment
