No phone call history
I no longer have any phone call HISTORY if I look on line in the phone tools section. I did last week but no longer, My address book is fine I did a Chat twice and all they did was do some scan and say nothing is wrong and to make a call and wait the 15 minutes..but alas still no history. Any other suggestions?
CALL HISTORY NOT FUNCTIONING
Starting somewhere around December 11, 2024 Call History is not show History for any phone calls. Voice Mail is showing no phone calls. It does not matter if you chose 7, 30 or 120 days. No calls show up. It does not matter if I use windows, apple or the app. Same blanks on Call History and Voice mails. My address book shows. Some missed calls show but only up to December 11, but they list only Spam? calls not ones from people in my Address Book. What is going on and why cannot this be fixed. I am not the only one commenting on this ongoing problem.When will cox mobile support Google Pixel phones wi-fi calling?
When we switched to cox mobile from Verizon we were told that in home wi-fi calling was supported. Apparently it is only supported on iPhone and Samsung phones. We need this capability because our home does not have good connectivity to a cell tower. We knew this and made the decision to switch because of the wi-fi calling capability of cox. I have already escalated this through support and they have no answer except to refer to the web page linked above . Samsung phones were enabled in August 2023. I also asked about network extenders which we used to use with Verizon before they rolled out wi-fi calling. Cox mobile does not support network extenders. I know wi-fi calling is possible because we used to have it with Verizon on the same phones we currently have. When will cox mobile roll out in-home wi-fi calling for other android devices like a Google Pixel 7? If there is no firm date or at least a target date, then we will need to switch providers again. Extremely disappointed.
Couldn’t be happier
After 15 years with Verizon I just switched to COX mobile. My coverage with Verizon in this area is terrible and I didn’t realize how overpriced they were. I just switched 3 phones and bundled with my internet. All phones and the internet are unlimited data. For all of this I am now paying half what I was paying for just my phones on Verizon. The COX coverage has been great and the service I have had with both internet and phone have been excellent. I couldn’t be happier.
