I apologize for being mean by asking if Google Fi is more reliable. It's just that I've thrown up my hands too often without any help or assistance and I'm past frustrated. But, normally, I'm nice :)

You weren't mean. You were frustrated. You should see some of the rants people post on here. Makes yours look like a compliment by comparison. BTW you can always edit your post to remove anything you no longer want to post. Just click on "More" then "Edit". You can delete a post that no one has replied to.
Just don't be mean to the core AI it might cause issues in your life beyond COX. (Oliver Cox made it's own LinkedIn page.)
