I can no longer send email from any device...windows or android devices. I use Thunderbird on Windows and BlueMail on Android. I've made no changes to my accounts.
I have verified my email settings are up to date and correct. I can get mail on any device but cannot send. This has been going on for the last two days..perhaps longer.
Are there any known issues going on with the SNMP server?
Last time this happened (5 months ago) the problem was magically resolved.
In my initial post above it should be SMTP server not SNMP server.
I forgot to paste the message I get when sending :
Sending of the message failed.Unable to authenticate to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.cox.net. Please check the password and verify the 'Authentication method' in 'Account Settings | Outgoing server (SMTP)'.

Thanks I'm aware of that and it does work.
I posted the error message above. And yes, I can access WEBMAIL without a problem.
I brought my laptop to a local library and I could send/receive email.
Could you PLEASE check with whoever manages the email servers and see if my IP Address is being blocked from sending?
I assume you can get my IP address from your records but if not, please let me know and I will send it to you.
Thanks
