Solved

Can't send emails. No changes made on my end. Again.....

I can no longer send email from any device...windows or android devices. I use Thunderbird on Windows and BlueMail on Android. I've made no changes to my accounts. I have verified my email settings...

    I posted the error message above. And yes, I can access WEBMAIL without a problem.

In my initial post above it should be SMTP server not SNMP server.

I forgot to paste the message I get when sending :

Sending of the message failed.
Unable to authenticate to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.cox.net. Please check the password and verify the 'Authentication method' in 'Account Settings | Outgoing server (SMTP)'.
