In the middle of June 2021 i switched to Technicolor CGM4141 because cox was talking about how my other modem was outdated. Ever since i activated it internet connection drops every single day.
Reinstall the old modem and router.
Your upstream is a bit too high. Probably getting T3 errors. Do you have any splitters you can bypass in the house or house box?
