    Reinstall the old modem and router.

        I took "my other modem" literally.

        My older browser doesn't like imgur so I can't see your logs; however, widermouthopen suspects high power levels.  If you have high power, you may also have high noise.  You may have a defective splitter, amplifier, tap, coaxial or something at the neighborhood node.
