Anyone know how to send pictures to Cox of the wires that were not up to code? I took pictures that the technician was supposed to take this past Thursday. All this happened in the beginning of July and all I keep getting is the run around. My Modem and a computer was fried.
not up to code, who's code....you wanted services.
fwiw; i've got the same type config coming in + some loops needed to tie in landline, without the need re to configure everything!!
sounds like your issue might be with your utility company or your lack of surge protectors.
