Port Forwarding

So I have read the many forums here and tried all the solution, however my seems to not work still.

I have advance security off, I restarted my router, and I am using my desktop IP address. I am trying to run a game server. It says the port has been set up and everything looks good on wifi.cox.com , but I checked on port checker sites and had someone try to connect to my server, but it won't work. )=
