For the past couple weeks now I’ve been having issues with my internet cutting out just in the morning. I just now found out about it because I’ve switched shifts, so who knows how long it has been going on because after work I have connection fine. Anytime I contact support it’s the same rinse and repeat answers from unknowledgeable people, my modem is the Netgear c7800 which was one of the approved modems.
Have you tried using Google DNS @ 184.108.40.206 and 220.127.116.11?
Yes, same thing. I’ve checked all intern connection and restarted all my equipment multiple times. I lose the connection everyday usually from 10:30 am-noon.
Just curious, but do you have IPv6 enabled on C7800? See here if your getting a IPv6 address.
