Can’t connect with tv provider or ESPN app.

I keep getting internal error messages when trying to log into the tv provider on my phone or on any ESPN app. I’ve done cache clears, resets, and re installs. What is wrong with the log in process??? Also if I have my father living with me and he wants to use his account, we can’t switch back and forth. I can’t help him log in with his account.this seems to be a common problem based on previous forum questions.

    I am truly sorry to hear that you are having this experience when trying to log into ESPN or the app. I can imagine how frustrating this would be. I have tried from my end from both the app and the website and I am not able to duplicate the issue. I appreciate you letting us know what you have already tried. I would like to investigate further.
