Samsung TV shutting off connection to Cisco XG1A
Hi, I recently started having problems with my Samsung un60ju650 shutting off the connection to the Cisco XG1A. When I called support, the particular agent I spoke with had no ideas. I have tried different HDMI ports and HDMI cables but that doesn't fix the problem. Any ideas? (I have to turn on and off the TV and box three times to get it to work).
