ION+ not working

Starting on May 1st, ION+ (channel 802) began showing a message that programming for that channel was not available.  Any idea what's going on?  It still shows up on the guide as available.

        mselinger101, channel lineup changes can be viewed in your monthly billing statements under the "News from Cox" section.  If you need our assistance regarding this.  Please email us at cox.help@cox.com for assistance.

    I’m having the exact same issue. When I tune to 802 the screen reads “programming for this channel is not available at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience”. I just sent an email as well.
