Unable to record, a future scheduled recordings have disappeared

None of my previously scheduled recordings appear in the scheduled area. The guide indicates a program will be recorded but the program does not show up under scheduled. The only shows that appear...

This sounds like it may be related to an issue that was found earlier. There is a ticket still open and being monitored but we believe that it should let you set recordings now.

All of my Scheduled Recordings gone and shows nothing for 14 Days. Argh!

  As of about 7:00PM CT Sunday November 08 I began having the same issues as described above. I was attempting to cancel 2 shows (NCIS and NCIS New Orleans) so I could create manual recordings for them since CBS is running late due to football. As soon as I did that It cancelled all but a few shows in my scheduled recordings, and will not allow me to schedule any recordings. I have attempted to record shows that were not previously scheduled and it attempts to but immediately shows it with the red circle with the slash through it. I have unplugged both of my Contour 2 record 6 DVRs and it doesn't help.
