@Sprint Car, live sporting events are not compressed as much before being sent to you, and the feed is provided from the broadcaster. Therefore, these types of programs are more sensitive to signal issues in the home. It is not uncommon to see more tiling on live events than pre-recorded events and TV shows. To confirm, does this seem to only happen during live sporting events? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

I only watch live events on NBCSN so I'm not sure if taped shows have the same issue. But here's something that I just remembered, if it makes a difference. The last NASCAR race of the season was shown live on both NBC and NBCSN. I watched it on both channels and NBC was just fine. It was only NBCSN where it was choppy.
