No sound on NBC (HD only) in Baton Rouge

Question

In our living room only, we have no sound on NBC HD channel 1003. It is fine on our bedroom tv. We did have some random Spanish channels, too, but that was resolved by unplugging our Contour box and plugging it back in to reset it. But, still no volume on this one channel. We have sound on Channel 3, the non-HD one.

It sounds like the SAP option has been turned on by accident, which will cause no sound on certain programs/channels and Spanish audio.
