I use contour 1. What can I do to make my tv banners long enough to read them? I tried changing the banner length under setttings but they are still too short to read.

Hi Herm, are you referring to the Guide Info-bar that appears at the bottom of the screen when you change the channel? Or are you referring to the TV Caller ID banner? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

I'm Referring to "the guide info bar" when I cruise through channels. BTW how do I stop getting response I don't want? |
- Hi Herm, the Settings banner length option is for the TV Caller ID banner, not the Guide info-bar. To change the aspect ratio of the Guide info-bar so the bar extends the width of your screen, press the Settings button on the remote control, highlight Guide Options, and press Select. Highlight Other Settings and press Select. You can change the Guide text size from this menu, as well as the Guide Aspect Ratio. If you have a high definition TV, we recommend setting the Guide Aspect Ratio to 16:9. Try this and see if it is the setting you're looking for. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
