DVR access during cable outage
I have several shows recorded on the DVR which I haven't watched yet. If there a cable outage in the area is there a way to watch these until the cable is restored?

I'm reading this thread, as a rare February thunderstorm caused a brief AC power outage.
Not sure why you felt compelled to share that. It's unrelated to OP's question.
They are also posting to a 2-week-old thread after not posting for a year. Why are these random people showing up and posting on old threads then never posting again?
And just what business of yours, as to when I show up and what threads I post to?
Hopefully most Cox users don't need to make frequent visits to this forum.
I posted because I thought that it was an interesting coincidence.
That's why I still keep books and DVDs around. Also, I have fiber with a UPS so brief outages mean nothing to me.
