Hello. I'm very sorry to hear that your services are being impacted by an outage. Accessing the DVR programs depends on the type of DVR service you have. Accessing watchtv.cox.com or using the Contour app will be the first step. There are many TV-Go shows in the On-Demand and a cloud based DVR service will be there. We can help identify your equipment, service and provide other tips to access the content if available. I realize you replied to RaquelD but she may not have answered the question you asked. The required contact with a Cox server and response is an intentional access control meant to ensure a viewer is still a paying Cox customer. It prevents loading a DVR with recorded programming and then dropping TV service or swapping DVRs with someone else to share recorded programming.
