Just moved to a new house. Transferred Service and brought my own contour box. When I got to the new address the all recordings and settings were gone from my box. Reset the box a few times and still nothing. Any suggestions.
We can certainly investigate this issue for you. I'm showing that both Contour 2 receivers are currently offline and not communicating with our network. Please verify the following:
• TV or other devices is turned on and set to the correct HDMI input.
• If you have an amplifier, verify it is powered on and plugged into power. Usually, an LED will be lit on the amplifier.
• The coax cable is connected to the amp.
