Worst Service Ever

I can’t count how many times my TV, Internet and Phone services have been Out Of Service the last/few months, and that’s just when I’m online or watching TV, no telling how many more outages when we’re not.  Just had another unscheduled unexpected outage again for about 5 minutes. Cox has the Worst Service Ever.  And to add constantly raising their service fees, and for what, poor service…

      I don't understand why I pay for a service and I get almost 600mbps to 700mbps on 2 gig service, then it drops to 12mbps and nothing works.  I played vr on metaquest through shadow pc and it loaded great but now my speed is so bad I can't do anything.

      Isn’t constant unscheduled unexpected Out Of Service - Poor Service a “Technical Topic Related To Cox Services”???  When a student is completing assignments online, the spouse and I are in the middle of a movie or program, then all of a sudden all services just go blank - dead, isn’t this a Cox Technical - Maintenance related issue???  If it was once or twice a month, or maybe at a time of day/night that we didn’t notice or we were unaware maybe that would be tolerable.  But the service - technical outages are constant during the day and night - weekly, and this family household notices probably the majority of the outages due to TV and Internet services constantly being turned on in our home.
