Why won't notifications ever open for me?

Won't open on any device or even my desktop mode. I don't recall asking about this before.
I guess I was thinking of voicemail notification and forum notification. These are Cox.com notifications right? I can't see the whole link in the screenshot.
I was wrong. It will open by going to account overview.
Any solution is a good solution. 👍
