No internet/No notifications

I have been without internet since the store Wednesday morning. I signed up for text alerts hoping to gain an estimate for when the services would be restored but have not received any text  notifications since Wednesday when the service initially went down. I need to speak to a live person because I believe the wire down in my backyard is the wire allowing internet in my home. How do I talk to a live person?
