Internet down Alexandria , Virginia

NO internet connection in Alexandria, VA. The system just indicates :Our teams are currently working to restore services as soon as possible and online message indicates don't bother calling customer service.

Worst kind of update, no estimate and no provided reason. Living with unreliable internet with COX has become a normal thing. Please provide more details and estimate as it effects those who rely on internet more than gaming.
