Why is my internet out again?

I'm about sick and tired of paying you people hundreds of dollars a month for half-ass service. This is the third day in 5 that my internet has gone out. Pull your heads out and fix it. You should be crediting every single person affected an entire month, not just one lousy day. There are people that work from home who depend on their internet to make their salaries. You're going to start hemorrhaging customers. Because you're not the only game in town, and lately you're not even the third best game in town.
