Why doesn't the remainder of the 50GB block you buy roll over into the future?

After all, we are paying for a 50GB block of data, which tends to happen right at the end of a billing cycle.

If you're going to screw the Ultimate-tier customers with a 1024GB limit, at least let us roll the remainder over.

This is totally ridiculous. I'm paying for Ultimate-tier and with 4 streaming & gaming users. I've had to turn everyone's streaming quality down to garbage-quality to even have a chance of staying under the limit. I've been with Cox for almost 20 years and I am completely disappointed & disgusted with your data cap policy (particularly for Ultimate-tier). Whoever made this decision is completely out of touch with their customer base.
