Go to speedtest and select another server other than cox. If it improves it's the Cox speed app not acting right.

I tested on several sites. And it is bad all around. Also we have spoke to a service tech once and they said it was something on the poll.

I took a look at the network tickets in your area and I do see that there is a ticket to replace a low hanging drop, but that should not cause any service issues. I would recommend sending us an email and allowing us to set up a technician.

Thank you for your recommendation Ben. We have contacted a service tech after the ticket was made and they was supposed to set up another ticket for a follow up. I guess from your response that did not happen and answers my question about if it was or not.
