Why aren't cox webmail unread messages in the spam folder deleted after 30 days?
I will delete spam folder email manually.

You can set one of the following preferences for Spam emails: Mark as Spam and deliver to Inbox, Put in Spam folder, or Delete Spam without delivering. See the link below for further assistance.
