I’m hitting security filters for some reason and COX support said I have to buy their “security” suite to speak with level 2 support. Phone support said that I have been “hacked”, which isn’t the case.
I’m not getting this for every site or service but iit’s starting to get annoying since Cox hasn’t helped and their solution was to sell me more products.
