Have you looked into your wireless? Perhaps another wireless channel...re-position your router...does the event log of your router report anything peculiar...how many devices are on your wireless? I understand we live in the Internet-of-things, but do we really need thermostats, BBQ grills and aquarium pumps on our networks?
