Very disapointed with Cox and the customer service!!

Why if I am upgrading can I not get the introductory offer. I will be new to the highspeed internet service!

      I understand about the introductory offer, but if I am getting a new service, then I am a new customer to that service. I want 100mbps for $59.99!!
