Bad customer service
How do get a supervisor to return your call? We have been waiting two weeks and placed two calls and have not been called back even though we were told we would be in 24 hours. We has an installer ruin preinstalled equipment, speak derogatory about another customer and give his political view and swear in our house. Where is management and why are they ignoring this issue!
