Too many outages

Its all to frequent.

    I totally agree.  Again we have been out all day.  Over the past year I can’t count the number of excessive outages.  If there is a storm count on being out that’s a given.   Today been over 12 hours and there only reply is we are working on it.   Every 4 hours they just say we are still working on it and push it back another 4 hours.   They just don’t care if you leave.  This time I am calling ATT.  Unfortunately due to Easter Weekend can’t due until Monday.   My bet is we won’t see service till then
