Hello. I recommend sending an email with your full name, address, and a brief description of this concern to cox.help@cox.com

What's the problem? The purpose of these forums is for Cox customers to assist one another. If all you are here to do is kvetch, you are in the wrong place. Either call, or email Cox technical support. If you would like help from Other Cox Customers, which includes previous Cox Employees who worked in the escalation group, Data Tier 2, or CAG, then provide some information and we will try to help.

I have spent three days trying to get three cox emails to work on yahoo. I have succeeded in getting one done. I use Thunderbird. All three receive. Only one can send. All are configured correctly and the same. Surely Cox has some responsibility here to help.

Hi, Joe. I'm really sorry for the issues with two of your email accounts using SMTP. Did you generate an "app password" for them all? That seems to work for this issue most of the time. https://www.ubackup.com/articles/yahoo-mail-not-working-with-outlook365.html Follow the instructions, but for the manual app input, do not use Outlook, type in Thunderbird. I hope this helps.
