Are you referring to watch.cox.com or watchtv.cox.com ?
Unsure what you're asking. If you're asking me I deleted ALL Cox cookies and website data numerous times, but the streaming doesn't work anymore when using the latest version of Firefox (it does work for me on Chrome). The normal stream link is watchtv.cox.com.

How do you know the latest Firefox update didn't cause your issue?
- SpaceCrawler2 years agoNew Contributor
Because I never updated Firefox. I said I was using the latest version, which is the same version I'd been using for quite some time- since Sep28 when the last update came out, it hadn't been updated since (I do not have use any kind of auto update- so I would have to manually permit the update. So that's how I know. :) )

BTW- I have tried the standard release (114) and the ESR release (115). Neither will stream with Cox.

Hi SpaceCrawler. We value your business and apologize for your troubles with streaming while using the Firefox browser. I can certainly understand your concerns. Please feel free to email us at cox.help@cox.com for additional support.

It's working for me using both Firefox and Chrome so not sure why it doesn't work for you.

SpaceCrawler You may have an issue with your version of Firefox. Do other websites load properly with that browser? Maybe you and DRVEGAS could compare the versions of Firefox you're using. If you're both using the same one, that would eliminate the Firefox version as the cause. It wouldn't necessarily eliminate your machine. You might need to re-install Firefox.

I did reinstall the browser. I just listed the versions I am using (on Mac).
There are no problems using any other websites. It's only an issue on the Cox website.
