Setup page of the CGM4141COX

Question

Anybody know how to access the Setup page of the CGM4141COX.&nbsp; As far as I know the installer only changed my network name and password to the one we had before.
I have not been able to access the router setup&nbsp; page ? I've tried several common user and passwords like&nbsp; admin/password&nbsp; user/user&nbsp; blank/blank&nbsp;&nbsp; admin and the password from the bottom sticker ect.&nbsp; Kind of stumped and haven't found much of a manual beyond (plug it in and wait to see if it works )
Kinda really don't want to factory reset and wind up in tech support merry go round for hours.

No that link did not help. admin/password did not work. I installed the cox panoramic app on my phone. I could not get to admin page but I did discover 9 other devices were in the gateway's history before they put it here.
Apparently it's a pre-owned gateway and the tech did not do a factory reset to clear it. So in short I'm locked out and not happy.
