Sad internet reliability

For the last 2 weeks especially our internet has been unreliable to say the least. Today we can stream but the computer is unusable. I have had five techs  in the last 2 weeks. It is starting to look like Cox is incapable of fixing the problem. They do however want their money on time, but my lack of Internet is just the way things are

    What do you mean by "we can stream but the computer is unusable."? What are you streaming? How is the device you are streaming on different from the computer that is unusable? PC vs TV/console? Wired vs wifi? How is it unusable exactly? Can you not get to websites? What does a speedtest show? Last, what have the technicians been working on when there? Like what do they say the issue is?

    I agree with you, I started looking for an alternative provider myself. I have people telling me to go to starlink. My internet has gone down twice now in two weeks after changing to fiber! Both times I have had to wait two days to get the problem resolved. Crappy service, crappy response times and I'm all but done! Pay for Sunday ticket and now this is the 2nd time i haven't been able to watch it!
