Recently forced to port forward from the website. How to I revert to doing so from directly from the router?

An update at some point in the last few days made it so I could not port forward from my router, forcing me to log into the Cox site to make changes. When I try to to do so there it keeps telling me "We're Having Some Trouble". I have restarted my gateway and the problem persists.

Is there a way to revert back to being able to make changes directly on the router? 

This is causing me a big headache since the forwarding settings for the device I was hosting a server on were deleted and I cannot restore them due to this change.
