As soon as I switch to Arris S33 on Cox network, port forwarding stopped.
IP address on Linksys EA6400 was changed because Arris BGW210-700 had 192.168.1.254.
Yes, PPTP passthrough is enabled on Linksys EA6400, and has been working with Arris BGW210-700 on ATT network.
No change on Linksys EA6400.
Arris BGW210-700 on ATT network was changed to Arris S33 on Cox network, which is the only change.

Not saying it's your router but do you have a different router you can try? Just trying to isolate the problem. Also, did you try bypassing the router? Could be a port Cox blocks locally. Isn't on their blocked port list but I have heard of some people having problems with their local headend.

Thanks again.
I will try to reset Linksys EA6400 to factory default and set up port forwarding (7, 9 and 1723) again when I get home. And this is the only router that I have now.
